A part time (16 hours per week) temporary opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join my Hammersmith client's busy and friendly team for a period thought to be circa 6 months.
With previous usage of Quickbooks and the motivation and trustworthiness to work from home during the initial stages of the assignment, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Pensions department in a variety of ways including:
- Inputting sales and purchases invoices into Quickbooks
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments
- Performing monthly bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations.
- Credit control duties
- Assisting the Finance Manager with preparation of Management Accounting information
In order to be considered for the role you will be possess an Accounting related degree, and/ or be part AAT and ACCA Qualified with a minimum of two years practical experience. The role requires full commitment of 16 hours per week until August 2021, along with potential travel to Hammersmith once Covid 19 restrictions are lifted so please only apply if you can commit to this!
