Reed Accountancy are exclusively recruiting for our client based in Dover who are looking for a Finance Officer for an on-going temporary role which may lead to a permanent position.
The ideal candidate would need to be able to show relevant experience with the below duties:
- Match, batch and code Sales Ledger invoices
- Input purchase ledger invoices on to the system
- Input credit notes in to the system
- Input journals
- Reconcile client and bank accounts
- Manage the company petty cash
- Prepare payments for signature
- Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger
