I am working with a large public sector client who are looking to hire two interim Finance Officers to help with their increased workload.
Ideal candidates will come from an Accounts Payable high volume processing background and have experience working with Oracle Cloud based software systems.
- Processing invoices accurately and to tight deadlines
- Raising credit notes and assisting credit controllers on the receivable processes
- Data entry of invoices onto the financial accounting systems]
- Identify any discrepancies in the ledger and provide solutions
- Manage supplier relationships and queries
- Provide and assist in general finance admin tasks
- Scanning invoices onto the accounting system
- Process purchase orders
- Input changes to, budget, payroll, journal/accruals, and expenditure
- Experience in Oracle Cloud systems is desirably.
This role will be on a temporary/ongoing basis, and has the potential to be long term due to the increased workload.
