This role would be working as part of a team, assisting with a portfolio made up of both residential and mixd use properties, dealing with your own portfolio of properties and all accounting matters associated with it.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Client Accountants and Assistant Client Accountants as well as assisting the Head of Client Accounting to run the team function.

Alongside management, duties for this role will include:
- Being the main POC for the client and property managers on your portfolio
- Completion of annual and quarterly service charge reconciliations complete with balance sheet/cash analysis and extended trial balance
- Six monthly service charge actual expenditure to budgeted reporting, detailing any variances and reporting to clients/tenants
- Be familiar with all properties, client accounting reports, service charges and general administration processes for the portfolio
