I’m currently working with an international professional services firm who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to take responsibility for their Cash Management team here in the UK and oversight of a 3rd party team in India. This is a pivotal role and you will have the opportunity to work on some really interesting business critical projects as well as managing the BAU. • Operational Management of Global Cash Management teams including managing the day to day relationships with the Treasury Teams.
• Responsible for the delivery against quality and contractual Service Levels.
• Responsible for the quality of the client and office Account Payment/receipt and reconciliation process.
• All risks, issues and breaches tracked and managed through to resolution.
• Responsible for management and escalation of all high severity breaches and service issues, ensuring incidents are closed and follow up actions are closed and documented.
• Ensure all activities are documented with updated DTP's and that any changes are governed.
Approval of all Bank Reconciliation packs.
• Support the Compliance and Financial control teams oh Service Delivery audit activities (SRA and Statutory) ensuring all data and documentation is provided within agreed timescales.
• Review IT system changes ensuring no negative impact on Service and escalate accordingly.
• Production of regular performance reports to Senior Management.
• Engagement with Key Stakeholders across the business.
• Provide reporting to the business to communicate the performance of cash management teams..
• Project Teams support - which will include acting as the subject matter expert on the delivery of the Project Team key initiatives.
• Month-end activities.


• Working with Compliance regarding Controls.
• Ideally a qualified Accountant
• Understanding of Solicitors Accounting Rules
• Experience of using Elite would be an advantage
• You will have experience of managing a third party service based team with a key focus on quality, control and timelines of service.
• You will have experience of leading on the operation of Service Delivery/Service.
• You will be a team player, however, also self-sufficient and prepared to go the extra mile.
• You will need to be highly client focussed in all you do.
• You will have the ability to prioritise your work to meet KPI's, SLA's and deadlines.
• You will be flexible and assertive in your communications.
