Reed Accountancy are currently supporting a local client seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
This role will be working alongside senior members of the business to provide a full 360 accounting role, including providing accurate and detailed accounting information, alongside general daily accounting duties.
Duties for this role include
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly management account
- Cashflow management.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Processing of payroll
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, and credit card sales and purchases.
- Monthly accruals and prepayment
- Preparation of statutory accounts and year end files for audit.
This role would be best suited to a candidate who has worked within a similar post before and is comfortable liaising with senior members of the business. Having a strong customer service focus and ability to tackle a range of financial processes would be essential
Knowledge of SAGE is essential, alongside experience of the events/hospitality industry.
