My established client based in South West London area are looking for a Finance Manager to work 3 Days a week. You will primarily be responsible for producing month end management financial accounts and overseeing the AP and AR functions.
Areas of Responsibility
- Manage purchase order system approval matrix
- Approve purchase orders
- Review monthly VAT report in finance system (Xero)
- Review AR report at month end
- Reconcile revenue from Salesforce to Xero
- Ensure all revenue and related costs are released to P&L in the correct month
- Run reports in Xero that feed the month end management accounts
- Perform month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce month end accounts in Xero and in Excel
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in industry, with experience of managing a team
