Established company in Burgess Hill seek an Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the MD this role will be hands on will oversee a small team, Duties will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Managing finance and admin staff, appraisals, inductions, etc
Reviewing client contracts
Overseeing production of contractor contracts
International tax compliance, although much of this can be learnt on the job
Local compliance issues including employment agency regulations
Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be used to managing a small team, Strong IT and communication skills are essential as is the ability to deal with a demanding sales team. Role is likely to include some European travel.
