REED Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a superb business based in Washington. They're looking for a Finance Assistant to join their expanding business on a temporary to permanent basis. The initial temporary period will be for a maximum of 6 months and this is an urgent requirement.
Key duties include;
Purchase Ledger – processing up to 300 invoices per month
Credit Control - chasing debt
Debtors statements
Statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers
Ad-hoc admin duties
Preferred background/criteria;
5+ years experience in a similar role
Sage 50 knowledge - essential
Stock background - preferred
Admin background – ad-hoc admin
Good IT skills
