A friendly family firm is creating a new role for a motivated and positive Finance Assistant.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will join an established team and a thriving small business. Typical duties will include:
- Collating payroll information and data inputting for the external payroll company
- Raising invoices and statements
- Chasing debt via email, letter and telephone. Keeping accurate records for follow-ups
- Statement reconciliations
- Day-to-day accounts administration to support the FC
- Other ad hoc duties
To be successful in this position, you are likely to have previous experience in:
- Credit control and / or accounts administration
- Sage 50
