Finance Assistant – Temporary – Permanent – Competitive salary
My client in the Livingston area is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to come in on a temp-perm basis to work alongside the Finance Manager. You will be working within a dynamic manufacturing organisation. This could be a great role for someone that is looking to further their career and learn every day from an experienced Finance Manager.
- Assisting the Finance Manager in recording day to day Financial transactions
- Posting Purchase invoices into Sage 50
- Preparing and posting Sales invoices to Sage 50
- Assisting with Credit Control
- General office duties when required
The ideal candidate would need to have 5 years’ experience within a Finance function and ideally experience with using SAGE 50 would be a huge bonus.
