Reed Accountancy are delighted to be exclusively engaged with a reputable investment group based in Edinburgh in their search for a Finance & Office Manager to join their team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with all round Accounts experience with ambitions of working in a varied role and happy to take on administration and executive assistant type duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recording weekly purchase and sales ledger reports
- Inputting of data into internal systems and processing payments;
- Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
- Working on the accounts of the group’s various entities
- Managing phone-calls and correspondence in regards basic accounting queries with the group’s external accountancy provider;
- Dealing with VAT returns, banking and reports
- Diary management for Partners
- Organising travel & processing expenses
- Taking minutes during board meetings
Flexible working and a 4 day week may be offered for the right candidate!
