My client has a very exciting opportunity within Property & Lettings to join their team as a Property Finance Administrator.

The role is key to the smooth running of the Property Management team. You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to clients by providing administration support, in a friendly, flexible and efficient way
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage inboxes for account managers
- Answer phone calls in busy department
- Code invoices
- Making sure client databases and MI is up to date
- Support with credit control
- Pull together daily schedules
- Carry out department filing
- Support with issuing of client fees
- Assisting with tender documents and client reports
Experience working in either the property sector, professional services or legal sector is desirable.
