Reed Accountancy are currently working with a high profile public sector client based in West Yorkshire. They are looking to add a Finance Administrator to their team for a minimum period of 6 months. 

Purpose of the Role

To provide general administrative, clerical and financial support to PNLD management to ensure that the business service maintains a positive and professional image.

Key Responsibilities

1. To administer customer’s subscriptions and sales of PNLD products and services.
2. To process PNLD business income and expenditure in accordance with the financial policies and procedures to ensure prudent budget management.
3. To provide clerical support to the promotion of PNLD conference(s).
4. To attend exhibitions and other marketing campaigns to promote PNLD as directed by the Manager.
5. To be responsible for the booking of accommodation, travel and hire of equipment for PNLD business purposes as requested by the Manager.
6. To provide general and clerical administrative support to the Manager, take minutes at meetings and assist in the marketing and promotion of PNLD.
7. To provide a customer contact service to ensure that all non-legal and non-technical matters are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Skills Required

• Experience of the use of the internet, electronic message systems and social media
• Knowledge and experience in the use of computer software (MS Office, Adobe)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience of administrative, subscription and police force financial systems
