My Client, a UK leading technology and data company in Birmingham, are seeking bright and talented professionals to join their finance team.

The role becomes available through the relocation of the companies finance team to Birmingham! It is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a growing team. 

The role will involve:

• Purchase Ledger
-Inputting invoices and all accounting journals
-Maintenance of purchase ledger accounts including new account creation and creditor allocations
-Check expenses claims for employees
-Deal with supplier queries
-Matching Purchase Orders to invoices received
-Filing of all purchase invoices
-Regular Reconciliations and timely payments
-Maintain new and existing BACS accounts

• Sales Ledger
-Produce invoices and credit notes
-Forward invoices to clients
-Deal with customer queries

• Finance Administration
-Post and reconcile payments and receipts
-Produce monthly company invoices
-Manage petty cash
-Provide support where needed


You must be:

• Have strong attention to detail
• Accurate and speedy data input
• Strong Excel and Word skills (experience with Sage 200 is ideal but not essential)
• Have good communication skills with the ability to prioritise

The company is looking for a quick turn around with this role with interview commencing this week! Those with short notice periods would be ideal.
