Currently, Reed Turkey is looking for a "Field Application Engineer for Defense & Aerospace Industry" for it's multinational company in Electric & Electronics industry.

Field Application Engineer, based in Turkey preferably in Ankara as homeoffice to meet and engage with the customer’s Engineering and design teams on a frequent basis and be able to address and present existing, modified, and new product solutions to the customer’s team.
Responsible for all technical aspects of sales cycle, including identifying needs, solutions and opportunities; creating demand; providing technical consulting and advice; ensuring high quality and timely project execution.
Responsible for providing technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications.
Knowledge of all relevant Company's products will be required.
The individual will be expected to provide product concepts, proposals, and technical customer presentations.
Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications
Establish the technical requirements from customer.
Interface with the Product engineering groups to get Company product specified and qualified on customers Platforms.
Develop relationships, understand and communicate current and future requirements from the customer. (using Voice of Customer principles)
Participate in and/or lead design work as required.
Local sales support for customers in the region
Understand and challenge system architectures for optimization plus integration of Company technology

Engineering Degree preferably in Electronics ,
At least 3 to 6 years of experience of sales support, business development activities undertaking connectors, sensors ,RS components,
Preferably experience in Aerospace, Defense industry,
Fluent in English ,
Strong communication skills,
Ability to challenge technical solutions and processes,
Ability to work within a multicultural management team ,
Ability to understand global environment and aspects,
