Exciting new opportunity to work as a Facilities Team Leader for a prestigious law firm in Leeds City Centre. 

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, supervision, leadership and operation of the Print and Post functions within the Facilities Teams in the Manchester and Leeds offices. To supervise lead and coordinate the work of the teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of print and post services to required standards to both offices.

To provide support to the Assistant Facilities Managers in the day to day running of both offices and to deputise in their absence.


Main duties and responsibilities:

Supervision, operation and coordination of activities within the print and post functions
Monitoring office functions, working with the teams to identify areas for improvement and to achieve a consistent approach

Assisting the Assistant Facilities Managers in managing performance and absence management.

Supervision and development of skills and knowledge of staff, identifying training needs
Prioritisation of workload in order to meet customer response targets and to ensure an even distribution of tasks amongst the teams.

Management and delegation of work to the teams, taking a hands on approach in ensuring deadlines are met and sharing work across offices to provide a more effective service to the business.

High volume copying, collating and binding of documents, scanning of documents, copying and colouring legal plans, production of CD bibles, batch printing using Law5 software.

Ensuring all documents are quality checked and returned within the specified time scales.

Assisting the team with the management of stock levels and ordering of supplies.

Providing ‘first line’ fault finding capability on all office MFDs, franking and fax machines.

Responding to Helpdesk queries and logging on the CAFM system.

Weekly/monthly management reporting i.e. client recharges, copy count, scan count.

Reconciling and approving invoices relevant to print and post functions to-day coordination, supervision, leadership and operation of the Print and Post functions within the Facilities Teams in the Manchester and Leeds offices.

To supervise lead and coordinate the work of the teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of print and post services to required standards to both offices.

· Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able negotiator
· Time management skills with the ability to plan work to meet challenging, conflicting and/or demanding pressures and timescales
· Responsive to changing business demands
· Commercially aware with the ability to operate within functional budgets
· Good people management, supervisory and leadership skills
· Excellent IT skills with the ability to use a variety of packages such as Adobe disc publisher, Excel, Law 5 etc.

· Calm under pressure.
· Self-motivated and highly pro-active.
· Approachable and a team player.
· Flexible in attitude and working hours.
· Able to travel between two office locations as required.
