Reed Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in Keynsham with their search for a Facilities Support and Administration Manager to join their lovely team!

You will work closely alongside the Facilities Management team and play a key role in the day to day operations of the site. You will act as the main point of contact for external visitors and handle any queries as and when they arise. You will help the team to maintain a professional image and coordinate a variety of projects. You will also take responsibility for a number of administrative based duties and offer first class service delivery.

Please note – this is a full time opportunity however the ability to work flexible shift patterns (including alternate Saturdays) is needed for this role.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hardworking individual with previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as effective time management skills and a strong level of computer literacy. Experience in Health & Safety regulations would be desirable and most importantly, a personable and professional manner.
