Part-time role based in Croxley Green, Watford for a minimum of 6 months - perfect for a candidiate with strong facility/office amangement background 

• This is a part time role 20 hours a week pref M-F 8 to 12 or 1 to 5 pm

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the Watford site including facilities management, Health & Safety provision, Business Continuity Planning and ISO accreditation.

• Manage site changes/moves at Croxley, establishing time scales for implementation, identifying suitable contractors, arranging terms and contracts and managing their progress
• Manage the off-site storage facilities for both secure data and physical assets. Also to maintain the records of the items in storage and review ongoing costs.
• Provide facilities services to Croxley Green building including financial control and reporting for the facilities budget, overall responsibility for reception, responsible for all site maintenance activities, managing all building services, supplier relationships and contracts
• Responsible for maintaining the Business Continuity Plan. Ensuring that the business continuity planning and associated response plans meet the requirements for the site and UK account
• The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent administration skills and a keen attention to detail.
• You will be able to work well as part of a team with a flexibility attitude and the confidence to take your own initiative.
• Has good knowledge of the office’s organization / processes / workflows
• Min 3 years of office management experience
