Our client, a leading property services business are now recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their busy team.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, in this busy and challenging role you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and all contract management duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
Champion and support the company service strategy, ensuring that all KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved.
Overall responsibility for compliance for client property portfolios, including ensuring that all Health & Safety Management,
Environmental Management and Statutory obligations and being met
Daily administration and management of Facilities Service Contracts
Audit duties (both internal and external) for all facilities contracts
Complete property inspections, and all management reports
Regular reviews of suppliers, ensuring best price and quality of service
Project Management, including budgetary planning and producing internal and external reports
Managing escalated issues confidently
Candidates for this role will have:
Strong experience of Facilities Management at a senior level, ideally in a commercial property setting.
Customer focussed approach, with excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of Service Charges/Contract Management is desirable
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and TRAMPS, Riskwise and CAFM systems would be advantageous
Clean Driving Licence
