An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administrator to work within this busy department of a reputable organisation.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To provide operational support to the Facilities Team covering all aspects for which the department has responsibility, in particular to assist with Company Fleet and Mobile phone provision enabling department to deliver cost-effective facilities management across all UK sites.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
 To provide admin support on Company Vehicle Fleet.
 To support Maintenance Activity.
 Assist with the Mobile phone provision.
 Undertake DSE Assessments.
 Support H&S Training and regulatory adherence.
 Reception covers for breaks and to Cover Unplanned absence.
 Occasional Project work.
 To support all Departmental Activity during Staff Absence.
 Respond to telephone enquiries.
 Monitor the Facilities Shared Mailbox.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
 Proven administrative experience within a busy working environment.
 Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent.
 Customer service skills and confident telephone manner.
 IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
 Personal attributes: self-motivated, confident, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful.
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
 Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
 Ability to use own initiative and problem solve.
 Ability to work well and maintain calm whilst under pressure.
 Strong organisational skills.
 Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
 Driving License required for occasional travel to regional offices.
