Reed will celebrate its 10 years of presence in Czech Republic in 2018. We will celebrate this anniversary with a strong business developed in the permanent recruitment area in both offices in Prague and Brno. What we would like to add until then, is a promising, well developed and organized contracting and temporary part of the business. We do have know-how, power, support from top management and the largest European candidate database to do so. For this purpose, we are looking for the right candidate, who is motivated by these exciting times, when flexible employment is experiencing a rapid growth on the market.

The key purpose of the Consultant on this role within Reed Specialist Recruitment is to generate income for the office through client and candidates sales activities.

You’ll be speaking to hiring managers and candidates on a daily basis, taking details of their requirements and then conduct sourcing and screening service to fulfill client’s and business’s expectations. This is a fast paced, competitive role, with the need to do new business development. You’ll receive commission for the placements that you make, with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

• Developing business opportunities through targeted business development calls, attending sales meetings, sales presentations, organisational visits and networking events
• Winning new business through adopting innovative and creative approaches to selling REED that makes us stand out from the competitors
• Growing business by exploring potential opportunities and selling temporary solutions within the existing client portfolio
• Creating business opportunities through proactive marketing of candidates including "spec calls"
• Attending client visits to service existing business and seek new business
• Seeking to fully understand the requirements of clients' roles and other operational challenges to maximise success ratios when putting candidates or other flexible deployment solutions forward
• Demonstrating the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully manage client expectations
• Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of the client
• Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates and flexible working professionals to register with REED
• Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking
• Interviewing new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
• Matching candidates to temporary bookings with a focus on filling existing temporary assignments
• Fully preparing candidates prior to submitting them to temporary bookings or attending interviews
• Writing accurate and engaging candidate profiles and actively promoting them to clients
• Working with urgency and ensuring that vacancies and projects are filled to agreed timescales
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality requirements

• Experience in the area of recruitment and sourcing with proven success
• Knowledge of the recruitment specifics for various industries (ideally IT and Engineering)
• Speaking other European language than English is a big advantage
• Strong overview of Czech labour market, understanding local legislative
• Flexibility (happy to travel around whole Czech Republic)
• Results driven, professional behaviour, strong communicative and presentation skills
