My client is a well-established family owned company who have been running for over 40 years. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team at their fantastic headquarters.

This is a key role and a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding global company. The ideal candidate will have had experience working in a face paced environment and must be able to provide excellent written and verbal communication both internally and externally

Duties include:

To manage order processing tasks on a daily basis
To liaise with Area Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed and customer information is current and correct
Handling of customer queries and ensuring all customer service standards are maintained
To produce all export documentation as required by the country of destination and terms of sale and ensure that the company meets all the export regulatory and legal requirements
To gain knowledge of products in order to offer existing customers and maximise sales opportunities
To ensure all orders are managed and processed effectively
Communicate on a daily basis with internal departments, area sales managers and customers through telephone and email

Personal Specification:

Experience of order processing and export is key for this role
Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking and fantastic attention to detail
Customer Service skills
Excellent attention to detail and experience of dealing with complex orders
