Export Sales Administrator - £18,000 to £21,500 per annum depending on experience

My client is extremely keen to find someone with a strong work ethic and someone who wants to be part of an award winning team. As an Export Customer Sales Administrator you will be dealing with customers from all over the world, answering calls, transferring them to the correct person and taking messages, placing orders, negotiating prices, handling shipping documents, sending confirmations and any other queries that may arise. If you like working in a very varied role and proactively ensuring all aspects of your work is done with precision and commitment then this may be the role for you.

My client predominantly uses SAGE in the office so a knowledge of this would be an advantage but not essential, the most important skills would be experience or knowledge in the import/export field. Full training will be given however they expect the successful candidate to be eager to hit the ground running and would describe themselves as a quick learner! There is no cold calling in this role, the company have a well-established client base and would like someone that enjoys speaking to people and would be happy to be ‘the face’ of the company.

In return for your hard work my client will give you a comfortable city centre environment to work in with a close and friendly team who work together to ensure everything is done. You will be working from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
