My client is looking for  an exceptional customer service advisor who has experience dealing with export documentation due to their massive presence overseas............

General Responsibility
Dealing with International customer enquiries, providing quotations, processing and progressing orders through to timely completion


Duties will include but not limited to.

• Handling Enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing quotes and processing orders
• Preparation of shipping documentation such as Bill of laden, Commercial Invoices etc
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Provide accurate and timely reports on direct customer activity
• Maintenance of customer account details, pricing and customer contacts through internal CRM system


The Person
• Experienced  within Customer Services
• 2+ years within a business-to-business Customer Service or Sales environment and experience in export sales administration preferable.
• History of creating and developing customer / client relationships
• Determined and tenacious approach with a passion for providing excellent customer care.
