Exciting global fashion company looking to add to Customer Services team in Enfield. The company has recently moved into Enfield and are growing at an extremely fast pace. You will be joining a wonderful team, with a real family feel - an award winning company, known as a fantastic place to work. 

The role will require previous experience of at least 12 months. Role is a temp to perm job, starting immediately. Starting on a temp contract and the right candidate will be offered a permanent contract if they prove themselves capable. 

Job Title: Customer Relations Advisor

Salary: £18k

Main Purpose of the Role:
To join the customer services team, providing solutions to customer issues. We need an energetic and experienced complaints handler/ customer services officer to join a busy team.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Provide excellent customer services

• Manage complaints - ensuring that all complaints are handled in a professional manner, and are in line internal processes

• Thoroughly investigate complaints and identify the root cause and best outcome

• Managing your workload ensuring ad-hoc duties such as filing and tracking is organised and up to date

• To collate and maintain information

• Be proactive in the resolution to customer issues and eliminating further problems 


The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills to ensure a high quality of service is maintained. Successful candidates will also have:

• Fast typing speed - ideally 45 - 50 words per minute 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Customer Service Focus

• Excellent Telephone Manner

• Well motivated and proactive with the ability to work without supervision

• A team player who can demonstrate initiative

• High attention to detail

• Approachable, empathetic and considerate

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

• Able to problem solve

• Experience of working within a relevant customer services team 


Working hours are 8am - 4pm 
Monday - Friday 
Parking Available
4 minute walk from local train station 
Very modern office
