An urgent need has arisen for an extremely capable Executive PA to join a Warwick organisation on a temporary basis.
Supporting one of the Directors, this important role will take the weight of the day-to-day office organisation, as well as organising and supporting board meetings, taking minutes and taking responsibility for governance.
To be successful in this position, it is absolutely vital you have a solid history as an EA or PA and can hit the ground running, quickly taking extra responsibilities on board. You will be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing your work load and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as offering good problem-solving skills and have impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Typical duties are also likely to include coordinate executive communications such as taking calls and responding to emails; preparing internal and external documents; scheduling meetings and appointments; maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents and upholding a strict level of confidentiality.
The role is full-time, but some flexibility can be offered to the right candidate.
