Office Manager/ EA Support required for an East London GP Federation for a short term temporary assignment of 3 months or more to:
Communicate with members of the team on a daily basis
Diary Management & Room Bookings for the office/ Team
Answer the telephone to all stakeholders
Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the Federation.
Office stationary orders.
Review/ maintain all filing systems including electronic and paper files.
Provide hospitality for visitors - including tea and coffee making.
Keeping the office tidy maintaining standards
Being proactive with new ideas
Reviewing the seating arrangements and creating new hot desking systems with the support of the IT department
Liaise with the estates and facilities department to develop a good relationship and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Line management of the front-line staff
EA/ Support Support to CFO, Chairman and Federation Director's
Providing support to Governance and Corporate Services department members
Assisting with GP Forum/ Patient and staff events
Coordinating meetings and taking minutes at all meetings
