What is this role?

Reed are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the Divisional Director or Reed Education. This is a high profile role to support the Director with the day to day running of this growing business division within Reed. This will include diary management, maintaining HR records for the wider team, scheduling meetings internally and externally and typing daily correspondence.

You will also be collating management and team information and producing reports, responding to queries from clients, candidates, internal staff and external parties. You will be responsible for admin duties such as filing, photocopying and posting, also the quality checks of written material such as marketing publications, compliance audits and bidding documents and you will look at process improvements. The role will also involve project and research work and occasional event management such as conferences, exhibitions and client events.

What are we looking for?

Ideally you will be education to Graduate education level or equivalent, have experience in fast paced administration, have good Excel knowledge, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have good organisational skills. You will need to be the kind of person who can offer flexibility, professionalism, commitment and determination within a fast paced and highly sales focused business. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and ability to support a Director at this level.
