My client based near Stroud is looking to recruit a candidate to provide all round executive support to their MD for a 12 month period starting in June covering maternity.
The role requires an experience PA/EA who is able to get stuck in and hit the ground running.
The role will include the following duties:
- meeting preparation
- minute taking and distributions actions/minutes
- maintaining communication and reporting methods between teams
- implement and oversee projects
- handle all incoming correspondence
- act as gatekeeper to senior team
- arrange travel, accommodation, dinners etc to senior team
- handle confidential information discreetly
- maintaining databases
- occasionally requires to drive the MD to meetings/events
The successful candidate will be:
- highly organised
- capable of communicating via various methods with people at all levels
- be able to work both individually and as part of a team
- be able to drive and have their own vehicle
