My client is on the hunt for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the corporate manager.
As the EPA you will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Overseeing diary management
- Preparing required documents within the administration team
- Support in meetings and events e.g. minute taking
- Communicating effectively across the organisation and external
- Overseeing distribution of workloads
This role requires someone who has the following attributes:
- Planning and organisation
- Must be a team player
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant
- Previous experience in management
- Must have experience working within a busy environment
- Must be confident using Excel packages
