A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Customer Service Adviser to showcase their skills within a long standing and very popular company.

Whats my role?

To handle, problem solve and conclude any customer queries with the use of inbound calls and emails. You will be responsible for the customers experience and to insure the call they make is an effective and successful one.

How would I do this?

• Taking inbound calls from customers relating to queries regarding mortgages and personal loans
• You will be using multiple systems to resolve the customers issue/solve problem
• You will have a 6 week initial classroom training, then 9 months/1 year in the "Learning Zone". This is a supported environment with mentors who will help you as you settle into the role.
• Progression? Of course, There are opportunities to progress to coach, mentor or Team Leader.
• You Will eventually have 2 specialist knowledge areas (eg. loans and mortgages)
• Geoban have won an award in North East Contact Centre Awards for the "Learning Zone"

We would love you to have;
• Your starting salary £15,400 but will go up to £16,500 after 2 years.
• You will have an average of 5 - 7% bonus per annum based on individual performance against KPIs and company performance

• Full time between Mon - Fri, 8am until 7pm and Saturday, 9am until 2pm.
