We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and self-motivate individual to join a leading property consultancy firm in the City of London! 

Operating a secretary/PA for a management team of 4, including one senior surveyor and accountant, this client have a very friendly and family feel to them, with employees tending to stay long term in their careers. 

Day to day, your key responsibilities will include:

x Typing, Word Processing and Proof Reading of work to insure that completed documents have been produced to an appropriately high standard.

x Managing an affective up to date filing system which insures easy retrieval of all relevant documents

x To answer incoming correspondence (phone and email), and to take detailed messages in accordance with the companies good practice and procedure, including if applicable the maintenance of a reminder system and daily priorities.

x To control the flow of mail and other messages efficiently and to be pro-active and contact with clients, especially when the fee earner is absent.

x To undertake general administrative work, including photocopying, collating, binding of documents and other associated work.

x To instruct contractors as necessary and liaise with tenants and clients to arrange meetings and appointments

x To enter data and documents onto our health and safety system

x Assisting with all aspects of property management including maintaining a key system, inspections, meter readings and photographs

x To assist when required on reception and with post management. 


The ideal candidate will: 

x Have previous experience of working within a property or construction industry

x Possess solid administration/secretarial knowledge

x Need to be flexible in working between London offices
