I am delighted to be working with this fun and exciting company based in Melksham!

This position is a 'super varied' role and would suit candidates with a background in either a creative industry or events coordinating.

You will work alongside project managers and designers in the company, supporting them with their administration and organising needs. 

Key areas of this position are: 

• Ability to compose presentations 
• Putting together pre-production documents 
• Looking after and making multiple bookings for the team
• Organising hiring of equipment 
• Ordering office equipment
• Managing the inbox and responding/passing on enquires 
• Dealing with phone calls 
• Understanding of company procedures 





You will be required to travel in this role (sometimes at short notice) and you will need to be available to support the team over the phone if any problems occur during events.

This role is Monday - Friday 8.30-17.30, but due to the nature of this industry sometimes you will be required to work later or longer shifts.
