My client is looking for an Estates Project Manager to support the Programme Director and wider team at their Crawley based site.
You will have extensive experience of managing and leading change projects (desirable to have previous experience in Estates), have developed business cases/briefs and managed projects from conception to completion, this will include the development of project plans and budgets.
This role needs a high level of experience and someone who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Line management experience - experience of Estates project team
* Experience of taking the lead on programmes
* Worked at Board level, able to communicate at Board level, senior management and senior stakeholder level
* PRINCE2/MSP practitioner
*Experience of leading and delivering transformation programmes
*Experience of managing Estates Projects and any NHS experience would be highly desirable
*You will be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to check and analyse statistics and negotiate at a high level
