My client are a well established organisation within the private sector looking to expand their estate/ facilities team

Successful candidates will be directly managing a team of 14 and must have a proven track record of dealing with budgets in excess of £4m. 

Duties will include:

• advising  the Director of Estate on deficiencies within the system and contribute to strategic planning of replacement
• Risk assessment and management of a well maintained environment for all service users.
• To prioritise and plan a workload efficiently in a fast paced and complex environment
•  Provide effective management of staff operating within the Facilities function
• To develop the philosophy and strategy of the Estates Department.
• Contribute to the organization’s annual business plan and the ongoing achievement of business plan objectives.
• Plan and review Service Agreements ensuring the continuity of service
• Provide professional and technical guidance on legislative and best practice
• Ensure the appropriate use of resources within agreed budgets.
