The role is selling the properties on behalf of the vendors to buyers. As part of this role you will be responsible for viewing properties and providing valuations to those clients.
Marketing out properties and getting additional properties on to your books. Extensive diary management of arranging appointments for prospective buyers to view properties and then following up on those viewings.
Co ordinating all parrties during the sales process
The right candidate will be tenacious, enthusiastic and want a career rather than just a job. Ideally you will have some form of property experience, but my client will also consider applications from candidates that have a proven, stable track record in sales and that are ambitious
