Reed are working exclusively with one of our long standing clients, to help find them a new Team leader. Our client are an award winning London based estate and letting agency with a brand new business centre located in Colchester. 

You will be recruited as a team leader to look after 9 consultants and 2 administrators. Your main responsibility is to lead the New Business team with energy, enthusiasm and fairness, enabling the achievement of all individual, team, New Business Centre and company objectives.

As a team leader you will be required to: 
• Manage the day to day activities of the New Business team
• Schedule workload in accordance with NBC and Sales and Lettings team’s objectives
• Set daily, weekly and monthly MC targets in conjunction with the NBC Manager
• Communicate objectives, directing and monitoring relevant activity
• Identify and implement regular incentivised, motivational activities
• Achieve incentive activity objectives within budget
• Conduct regular individual and group coaching and training activities to improve Move Consultant performance
• Work with all Sales and Lettings Managers and New Business Centre Manager to direct and manage New Business team activity
• Prepare and conduct team member 121s, coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Provide 1st line management and recording of absence, conduct and capability issues
• Deliver induction training
• Prepare commission statements, audit and submit within required timescales
• Produce, analyse and distribute statistical performance reports
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with the team
• Ensure the delivery of a great sales through service experience for every customer and client

In return you will receive: 
• Permanent Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 
• Negotiable Salary £20-26,000 per annum 
• £8,000 commission package OTE
