ESC TPU Risk Analyst TL

Our partner is a multinational company operating a global Shared Service Centre in Budapest. 

FUNCTION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for TPU risk analysis activities
• Provide expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promulgation of best practices
• Interface with Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs), and Sector and Regional Third Party Management (TPM) teams and other business stakeholders on a regular basis
• Build and maintain relationships with TPU Senior Team Lead Risk Analysts in other TPU sites and ESC Sourcing leads and ESC Country Ambassador leads across the EMEA region in an effort to constantly refine, improve and share working best practices globally
• Support the coordination of the TPU site’s Monthly Operating Review process and Third Party Management governance committees
• Review results of third-party risk monitoring activities providing credible challenges to, and robust quality checks of, such results
• Perform a lead role in the design, development, and execution of key TPU initiatives
• Perform reviews of pre-contract due diligence, post-contract ongoing monitoring activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties
• Provide and present periodic updates to the TPU Global Head and TPU Senior Leadership Team members
MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
• People management responsibility for a team, including coaching and training, as well as performance management. Support individuals’ growth and development agenda. Ensure that people management related tasks are executed in the managed team in accordance with the policies and procedures, complying with statutory regulations and laws (e.g. recruitment, work orders, managing performance, etc.)
• 
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred
• Professional Supply Chain qualification is desirable
• Preferred 10 years employment including 7 in multinational, corporate, supply chain, back office operations, shared service environment
• Preferred 5 years of management experience for big teams
• Fluent written and spoken English - experience in operating in business English in a corporate role
• Advanced command of MS Suite
• Teamwork
• Flexibility
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
• Prioritization and time management
•
