REED Education is working in partnership with a “good” Secondary School in Buckinghamshire in their search to add an English Teacher to their team from immediately.

This exciting position is at a School on an achievable journey to 'outstanding' status, having improved from ‘RI’ to ‘good’ on previous OFSTED’s.

Set in a beautiful area and with a remarkably strong and 'team-spirited' core of teachers, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hard working teacher. The successful candidate will teach mixed ability groups in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, experience of teaching Key Stage 5 is beneficial but not essential.

The successful candidate will: -

• Have the ability to teach English from Year 7 - Year 13
• Be passionate about the subject areas and a good role model to students
• Be ambitious and want to further their career
• Be innovative and willing to lead departmental projects
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team of specialist teachers
