Job Role: SEN English Teacher

I am currently working with an ambitious SEN college who provide educational provision for young people aged 14-19 and who suffer from SEMH and /or Autism.
Starting ASAP, the school are looking for an outstanding SEN teacher to join them on a Long-term basis, assisting them to deliver the syllabus for KS4 and/or KS5.
This is an impressive school situated in South Norwood, Croydon and the school has an ethos of ‘Believing in Success for All'. You would be joining an institution committed to providing an environment that facilitates the best for every student and member of staff
You would be a KS4 and/or KS5 teacher responsible for adhering to the national curriculum and getting the very best attainment levels from each student. The role also offers the possibility of progression and leadership opportunities depending upon performance.
What you will need:
You will require teaching qualifications and hold QTS, numerous qualifications are accepted BeD, PGCE also assessment only qualifications are accepted.
Experience of at least 6 months of teaching is desirable.
Experience working with children with SEND (I.e. SEMH, Autism and challenging behaviour)
Additional Qualifications such as Team teach and others are also welcomed.
You will also need the ability display leadership and handle a classroom.
