Other responsibilities will include –
• Manage and build relationships with our internal team and also our external customers
• Ability to pro-actively make process changes and incorporate additional work streams in the team
• Ensure internal communications are in place to deliver the best possible service to our customers
• Must have a high level of Customer Service skills to deal with complaints where required
• Make sure the team are adequately developed and trained to consistently deliver a high standard of work
• Ensure a professional and excellent relationship is maintained with the customers when processing their data
• Checking and accurately authorising payment acceptances with our finance team
• Communicate with our IT department to make technical process changes to our systems where required
• Ability to produce and understand statistical reports and manage the team to improve performance
• Work closely with our construction team to ensure smooth transition from design to delivery
The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, and motivate their team to reach targets. You will have previous experience of managing staff, able to conduct reviews and training, maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanour at all times.
You will have excellent organisational and administration skills, and feel confident in producing reports and monitoring KPIs, liaising with other teams and levels of management when needed.
