Our client is a global brand and market leader in their field.  Due to expansion they require a Temporary Administrator to join their Engineering department for 13 weeks to start w/c 14/08/17.

You will need to be a driver due to the location.

Monday - Thursday 8:15 - 17:15  Friday 8:15 - 12:15

Main duties:

Create bill of material (BOM) structures in MPPDM from engineering information

Create links to usages as defined by project engineers

Link structures to Product Change Order (PCO) forms in preparation for release sign off

Support Engineers with the release of components

Provide administrative support to Project teams

Essential competencies:

Previous administrative experience
Word, Excel and PowerPoint intermediate user
Fast accurate typing speed
Ability to learn processes and work independently
