REED Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of their client, a well-known Scottish charity, for an employment advisor. This role is being offered on an on-going temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity for this to become permanent.

To be considered for this role, you should have worked as an employment advisor previously, and you should also be immediately available.

A typical day would include:

-Networking with various clients
-Cold calling clients and selling in candidates
-Working with candidates from registration to employment stage
-Working to KPI's and targets
-Working with case loads

You must meet the following criteria to be considered:

-Previous experience of employability programmes
-Comfortable working with a caseload of customers to tight targets and timescales
-Excellent attention to detail to achieve contractual compliance and quality standards
-Good negotiation skills to negotiate work experience placements and employment opportunities.

A full clean driving licence and access to a car are essential due to the nature of the wide geographical area associated with this role.
