A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join a Public Sector organisation in Exeter on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.

The successful applicant will be an integral member of the Specialist HR Services team, providing timely and effective advice and support in the interpretation and application of employment legislation, local and national HR policy and procedures.


Interviews will be held w/c 14th August 2017
Start date: ASAP




Reporting to the Head of Specialist HR Services, your areas of responsibility will be Complex Cases; Policy Development; Staff side negotiations; Terms & Conditions; Compensation & Benefits; Equality & Diversity & Employment Legislation.
