The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management and employees at all levels to ensure the businesses processes are fully compliant with the legal and organisational procedures.
This exciting vacancy is an oppertunity for a confident and experienced people person with a proven track record in working alongside Employment Law and investigating large Grievance cases and other HR matters.
The main day to day duties would involve the candidate:
. Provide first line ER support to managers in line with Policy, Procedure and Process.
. Provide first line support alongside to the ER function within the region
. Employee Relations Case Management - Grievance Cases
. Provide Employee signposting for first line queries with a clear understanding of Manager Responsibilities and ER Department Responsibilities.
This is a part time position for around 3 days a week.
