Employee Experience Consultant
Financial Services – Fareham or London
6 months Fixed Term Contract
Salary circa £52k per annum
We are working with this leading financial services company and looking to recruit an Employee Experience Consultant to join them on a 6-month Fixed Contract.
You will be responsible for the employee journey and experience, mapping out and revolutionising the entire employee journey. The primary focus will be on the employee journey from initial talent attraction stages to selection and on-boarding. This will be in-line with the implementation of a new market leading applicant tracking system. You will be looking to showcase the main reasons candidates join and stay with us. This is an integral role and will allow you to really put your stamp on the whole process.
You will be able to demonstrate how you have influenced and built a leading employee and attraction journey previously. In this role the right person will be able to articulate and develop the already great and unique employee value proposition delivering a top-class attraction, selection and on-boarding practices within the group.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A background in employee experience and journey planning.
• Hold a relevant Marketing or Human Resources professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Be highly organised and have a creative forward-thinking agile approach.
This is a new position for the business and is for an initial 6-month period. You will be based in the Fareham or London office depending on your location.
