We are looking for an EMEA Payroll Business Analyst for our Payroll team within our HR Shared Services department.

Who we are? HRSS provides HR related administrative services to in country HR and employees. Our team is responsible for supporting EMEA with the Global payroll initiatives to strengthen and stabilize the Budapest CSC payroll operations.


Key responsibilities:
• Directing the operations to ensure alignment to global payroll goals
• Working with Global team to understand best practices, operational models and implementing within the region
• Managing and overseeing various phases of the project such as requirements review, design, documentation and training
• Leading the identification and driving resolution of issues
• Working together with multi teams for high level design review to ensure that it aligns with Global payroll and CSC standards
• Ensuring alignment between Regional and Global teams
• Providing strategic direction to operations.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Fluent English language
• University Degree level
• 6-7 years of experience in a related field in multinational environment
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in implementations/migrations/project coordination
• Experience in running complex payrolls
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and influence teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Preferred Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle HRMS, Global Payroll.
