Having started life in a small home office 20 years ago, our client has successfully grown to provide global financial services, employing over 1060 people in the UK and over 140 in Lisbon, Portugal.

Continued growth and success means they are now looking for someone to strategically manage and create communications collateral across the group of businesses.

Working within an established Marketing team, who directly supports 1 of the company's key consumer products, you will create large email campaigns and reports. Campaigns will take the form of retargeting leads, newsletters and operational emails to existing clients, and as such you will be responsible for designing, analysing and testing using Mailchimp, HTML, CSS and Photoshop.

More specifically you will be:

• Carrying out a degree of segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies
• A/B testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective
• MTV testing on email marketing campaigns
• Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
• Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing on sales revenue generated through email marketing campaigns
• Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry


To be considered, your arsenal of technical skills will include:

• Mailchimp
• HTML/CSS
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Excel and Reporting

Ideally, you'll be experience of working in a digital marketing environment, but this is not an essential. Naturally you'll be a team player, that goes without saying, as well as being a confident problem solver with excellent organisation skills.

Managing multi projects won't phase you one but, nor will working to deadlines, and your strong communication and negotiation skills will mean you are comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, including the most senior of stakeholders.
