The role of the Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for my long standing client is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through the contact centre by answering customer calls and emails within KPIs.
They are looking for motivated, passionate staff who love going that extra mile to help delivery an exceptional shopping experience to their customers.

Key areas of responsibility
·Answering inbound telephone calls from customers, this can be a variety of order taking, catalogue requests, answering general queries or problem solving.
·Making outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
·Answering queries relating to our web-site.
·Responding to Dutch and English customer calls and emails.
·Processing customer invoice queries.
·Data entry: this can be fax or post order entry.
·Returns processing
·General ad hoc reports
·Responding to any Customer Service issues arising from Data Entry.
Person Specification:
·Excellent interpersonal skills, strong people focus
·Good voice quality, clear, articulate and have an excellent command of the English language.
·Excellent written Dutch and English is essential.
·A real desire to deliver excellent customer service and always want to go that extra mile.
·Passionate, energetic and self motivated
·Prior customer service experience.
